01

A plan built around your network.

We review equipment and locations, understand configurations and clarify dependencies on networking, software and content. This informs the maintenance scope, checks and incident process. We can also start with a network that is already installed.

02

Clear ownership and communication.

We agree support channels, contacts and the information needed to take ownership of a request. Together, we define progress reporting and collaboration with IT, location management and other suppliers involved.

03

The right intervention for the issue.

An issue may involve equipment, connectivity, configuration or the material being displayed. The contracted plan defines what we check, what can be handled remotely and when an on-site intervention is needed. Coverage and response times are agreed in the proposal.

04

Maintenance is a separate service.

Cost depends on the number and type of devices, the distribution of locations and the support level required. We distinguish implementation from recurring services. Each plan is defined around the network’s needs, with service levels agreed individually.
